Mechanisms of Disease is an advanced-thinking course that concerns itself with instilling an understanding of the basis of development of disease and the effect the process induces on tissue, organs, or the body. Appreciation of the material will rely on the development of critical thinking skills and deductive reasoning, as students will be expected to apply basic information to novel situations or deduce fundamentals from case presentations. Suggested Pre-requisites: BIOL 1010, BIOL 1107K, BIOL 2250, BIOL 3220 and BIOL 3390
