PHED 4430L: Exercise Leadership Lab (1)

A laboratory component of PHED 4430 is designed to provide the student with practical experiences both in the laboratory and gym to supplement the lecture material of PHED 4430. Special emphasis will be placed on the necessary leadership qualities and skills expected for leading safe and effective exercise programs for a variety of populations. Emphasis will be placed on personal exercise prescription and group leadership skills and techniques. Pre-requisite: PHED 3380, PHED 3380L, PHED 3350 and admission to Exercise Science program Co-requisite: PHED 4430
