NURS 1205: Professionalism in Nursing II (1)

This course will provide 2nd semester ASN students with further exploration of concepts of nursing leadership as viewed by the Georgia Association of Nursing Students (GANS), the National Student Nurse Association (NSNA), or an equivalent organization. Students will have the opportunity to participate/practice in group work, leadership roles, self-governance, advocacy for the rights of patients, the legislative process, and other activities that broaden their vision of the nursing profession.
