MUSC 2610: Applied Principal Vocal Instruction (2)

Available to qualified students by audition, this course offers performance-based instruction on the development of artistic ability. Emphasis is given to the development of vocal performance abilities through the study of standard repertoire. A combination of individual and group instruction provides preparation for public performance. Each student who is enrolled for applied principal vocal instruction must concurrently participate fully in an NGCSU vocal performance ensemble, regardless of whether the student chooses to enroll for ensemble credit. A student may accumulate a maximum of 8 credit hours in this course.
