This course offers performance-based instruction focusing on the attainment of string proficiency. Emphasis is given to the development of basic musicianship through technical exercise and standard string literature. Instruction may be given in either group or individual settings or a combination of the two, depending upon the starting level and academic needs of the student. A student may accumulate a maximum of 8 credit hours in this course. Pre-requisite: Audition
