This course is a non-calculus introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics. Topics include graphical and numerical methods of describing data, hypothesis testing, linear regression and correlation, the normal distribution, and estimation. This is a service-based learning course. Pre-requisite: MATH 1101, MATH 1111, MATH 1113, MATH 1113H or MATH 2450 with a grade of C or better
