CRJU 3010: Criminal Procedures (3)

This course focuses on the fourth, fifth, sixth and 14th amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Emphasis is on police searches and seizures as regulated by the 4th amendment. Students will read opinions of the Supreme Court and discuss the impact of those decisions on the balance between individual privacy and societal interests. Pre-requisite: CRJU 1100
