Disbursement of Refunds
North Georgia has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company, to provide refund disbursement to campuses. Financial aid and tuition/fees refunds will be disbursed to North Georgia students via the Easy Refund Card.* With the Easy Refund Card, refunds will be delivered in the manner selected by the student during the Easy Card authentication process:
- Establish an account with Higher One.
- Electronic transfer/deposit to an existing bank account.
- Paper checks - issued by Higher One.

*Refunds of payments made via web credit card are refunded to the credit card up to the amount charged to the card. Any amount above the charge amount will be refunded via Higher One.
