Applicants to masters level programs and doctoral programs must include two copies of an official transcript from each institution of higher education previously attended as part of their applications. Candidates for the Education Specialist Degree or post-graduate studies need only submit an official transcript from the institution where their masters' degrees were earned.
In order to ensure sufficient time for processing, official copies of final transcripts reflecting degrees awarded should be submitted prior to application or at least eight working days prior to the start of the intended term of enrollment.
Official international transcripts must have a foreign course-by-course credential evaluation by an independent evaluation service that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES). The evaluation must be sent directly from the agency to the Office of Graduate Admissions and must state a cumulative overall GPA and degree awarded from a regionally-accredited institution.
